In which countries is delivery possible?
The G-LAB offers delivery only in mainland France, Belgium, and Spain. We do not offer delivery to relay points because most of our packages are oversized.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of your package. We invite you to simulate and proceed to the delivery step to know the final cost. Shipping is free for purchases over €49.00*, excluding gaming furniture.
How long does delivery take?
We generally process orders within 24 hours, and they are then shipped within 3 days. The total delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days.
My package is damaged, what should I do?
If you notice that your package is damaged when you receive it, refuse the package and contact us as soon as possible at: support@axs-group.com
Is my product under warranty?
All our products are guaranteed for 2 years. If you encounter any problems, contact us as soon as possible. The G-LAB reserves the final right to determine if the warranty claim is legitimate.
Please note that breakage and defects related to wear and tear are not covered by our warranty. If you accept a product damaged by the carrier, we also reserve the right to determine if the warranty claim is legitimate.
I want to exchange my product?
If your product is not suitable, you have 14 days to return it and get an exchange; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
My product does not work, what should I do?
Even though return rates are very low, in this case, we invite you to contact our customer service here. We are available to help you.
How to return a gaming chair?
You are responsible for properly packing, shipping, and labeling the gaming chair as “returned merchandise.” Please completely disassemble the gaming chair and carefully repackage it in its original packaging to avoid any damage during the return process. The item must be returned with its original packaging in the same condition as it was provided to you, with no missing parts (including any spare parts you received). Please ensure that the shipping label is attached to the product you are returning in its original packaging.
