This privacy policy explains how The G-LAB collects and uses personal data from visitors to its websites and mobile sites that link directly to this notice (collectively, the “Sites”). Your personal data is controlled by SAS AXS.

GAMING PRODUCTS THE G-LAB

The G-LAB products and services include hardware such as gaming keyboards, headsets and mice, as well as applications for game consoles and PCs. The Privacy Policy applies to all products, but there are a few specifics as indicated below.

THE CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that information about persons under the age of 13 has been collected on or through our Sites, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 who has registered for an account or service on our Sites, please contact us using the contact information below to have the child’s account or service terminated and personal information deleted.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to ensure functionality and carry out the transactions you have requested, or for any other legitimate reason such as compliance with our legal obligations, dispute resolution and the enforcement of our agreements. These needs may vary according to the different types of data: therefore, depending on the context, the interactions we have with you or your use of our sites, the actual retention period may vary considerably.

DATA SECURITY

We use TSL certificates, encryption, data access limitations, anti-virus software and firewalls to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to personal data. No data transmission via the Internet and no wireless network is totally secure. Always take security risks into account when sending us personal data or disclosing information on our public forums.

CONTROL AND ACCESS TO INFORMATION

You may ask us to update or delete/deactivate certain information about you. If we are unable to delete certain personal information, we will let you know why. You can unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive.

You also have the right to ask us how your data is processed and with whom we share it. In addition, if you believe that any of your information that Logitech is processing is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. We undertake to respond to your request to consult the information we hold on you within 30 days of receipt of the request.
