Battery life is approx. 8h with backlight, and approx. 32h without.
The complete loading time is around 8h. Charging cable included.
- Check that your computer is switched off and not in hibernation mode.
- Check your USB port power settings from your control panel
- In your computer’s boot bios, check the power options for your USB ports
The software available for download on our site is in zip format. To unzip them and start the installation, you can use Winrar, available free of charge on the Internet.
The functions of each button can be found in the mouse manual, which can be found here
- Check that the dongle is correctly inserted in the computer
- Check that the mouse ON/OFF switch is activated
- Check that the mouse is charged / let it charge
- Check the packaging and the mouse for the dongle in each of these locations
- Contact our customer support team, who will send you a new dongle.

Macros are recorded using the software found here
The use of macros requires the software, which is only available on Windows.
They will therefore not be compatible with the console.
