This product is plug and play, which means it doesn’t require any customization software. Plug in and enjoy your purchase immediately.
A jack adapter for splitting the headset jack in two should be included in the box. It’s essential if you want to be able to operate the microphone and sound on your fixed PC.
If you don’t have one, I suggest you buy one.
The microphone on your headset is detachable.
Make sure your microphone is properly plugged into your headset port.
Align these recesses by pressing the microphone down hard enough to ensure that it is fully inserted.
The jack socket is used to operate the sound and microphone, while the USB socket is used to illuminate the headset’s backlight.
To illuminate your headset, plug in the USB cable
Plug in your headset and check that it is correctly set up as an ‘input and output’ device for your computer?
To do this, right-click on the speaker in the bottom right-hand corner of the desktop, then click on “open sound peripherals”. Make sure that the remote control on the headset cable is set to maximum sound level, and that the “mute” button has not been turned on.
The Korp Radium is compatible with desktop PCs, smartphones + tablets (jack adapter required).
