FAQ Korp Oxygen

If the microphone doesn’t work for the Korp Oxygen, it may be due to a problem with the connection of the mouthpiece.
In fact, if you look at the microphone tip, you’ll notice a recessed area.
If you look inside the jack port on the headset, you’ll notice the same indentation.
You need to align the microphone with this recess and press down hard enough to make sure the microphone is fully inserted.

This product is plug and play. In other words, it has no customization software. Plug in and enjoy your purchase immediately.

A jack adapter for splitting the headset jack in two should be included in the box.

We do not supply pads separately. You can contact us if your product is still under warranty (2 years).
