The software available for download on our site is in zip format. To unzip them and start installation, you can use Winrar, available free on the Internet. The software available on our site is a version for Windows 10. Please contact our customer service if you need the software for another version of Windows.

We do not supply pads separately. You can contact us if your product is still under warranty (2 years).

The 7.1 surround sound feature is activated via the headset software, which can be found hereAtutorial is available to help you.

This function requires installation of the software, which is Windows-compatible only. The function is therefore only compatible with a Windows computer.

If your microphone is not recognized by your communications application, try selecting “Microphone Array” instead of the default selection.
