This product is plug and play. In other words, it has no customization software. Plug in and enjoy your purchase immediately.

A jack adapter for splitting the headset jack in two should be included in the box.

Please contact customer service with your name and address, and we’ll be happy to send you an adapter free of charge.

We do not supply pads separately. You can contact us if your product is still under warranty (2 years).

The jack socket is used to operate the sound and microphone, while the USB socket allows the headset’s backlight to shine.
