This keyboard has no customization software; to change the RGB effects, simply click on the: FN+INS keys to navigate between the 10 different lighting effects.

Pressing Fn+Windows activates the “Windows Lock” function, which locks the Windows key (very useful in games!). Repeat Fn+Windows to deactivate Windows Lock.

• Test the following combination, which will reset the keyboard, and may solve your problem:
  – FN + ESCAP
• Check the switch status of your key.
  To do this, remove the key to access the switch.
  Then, using the tip of a pen, press each of the 4 corners of the switch on the colored part to check that the switch is engaged.
• Clean your keyboard with a special cleaning spray.
